Location: Brentford, West London Contract type: freelance or permanent options availableSalter Grange are currently recruiting for a Structural Site Manager to be responsible for managing and supervising the structural components of construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that all structural work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities:Oversee and manage all structural work on construction sitesCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are metEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and building codesMonitor progress and performance of subcontractors and site personnelConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specificationsResolve any issues or conflicts that arise on sitePrepare and submit progress reports to senior managementMaintain accurate records of site activities and project documentation Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Structural / Civil Site Manager or similar role in the construction industryStrong knowledge of structural / civil engineering principles and construction practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings To be considered for this position, please apply now with your most up to date CV.
