The RoleTo achieve our ambitions, we’re looking to hire a Data Visualisation Consultants - we can consider all levels! So, perhaps you are into your second or third role into your career and are looking to explore consultancy, or for those with a little more experience and looking to try some further variation and upskilling within consultancy our Senior Consultant level would be perfect. Additionally we would welcome a review of CVs from experts with solid experience with either a consultancy approach or successful consultancy experience for our Principal level - all will support in the growth of our Data Visualisation team and offerings as a team of experts.This is an excellent opportunity for a visualisation developer with a background in ideally Tableau to come in and make their mark within an established team. The demand for visualisation and reporting automation continues to grow within our ambitious consultancy across a varied and dynamic industry and client base. (we are open to those with PowerBi but preference & priority currently will be given to Tableau) At Intuita our visualisation developers don’t just care about the end dashboards that are developed for a client, they are heavily involved in implementing solutions (such as symantic or aggregation data layer) that make visualisation efficient and effective.The visualisation team have the freedom to create proof of concepts, demonstrate ‘art of the possible’, and impress the client with all the features a visualisation platform can bring.The role would also be working closely with our analytical and engineering teams to deliver collaborative solutions. You will be expected to translate business need into technical specifications and following that through to delivery working as a team.The ideal candidate will have already gained a certain amount of experience within this area though hand-on project work, ideally within a consultancy model, as a Tableau developer, with a solid track record in delivering complex solutions. They will be proficient in desktop and cloud, with expert level experience in calculated metrics, data modelling, and optimising reports.You will· Lead the design and development of visualisation dashboards that meet complex data requirements and present information in a clear and concise manner· Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging vast client data to unlock insights and drive our clients forward· Partner with clients to understand user needs and translate this into visually appealing and easy to use solutions· Provide value quickly through wireframing or prototyping· Demonstrate clean design principles for reporting · Perform data analysis, assessing new datasets for potential exploitation opportunities· Demonstrating and also documenting the designs and solution for the client· Support client training, adoption and evolution of visualisation solutions A bit about youBeing a consultant at Intuita means something a little different to being a consultant elsewhere, we like to hire like-minded people. We’re looking for someone who will be working hands-on, client facing with the following experience and qualities.· Track record of designing and building comprehensives sets of dashboard solutions Experienced in collaborative design with business users Ability to perform data blending, data aggregation and complex calculated fields when requiredPossess hands on experience with SQL and knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modelling will be advantageous Experience using large data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or similarExposure to other visualisation platforms is helpful, but not essential Required CharacteristicsCares about quality, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all visualisationsConfident in presenting dashboards and analysis to senior stakeholdersCollaborative team focus, working with stakeholders and development teams to ensure user needs are metAbility to quickly understand client context and demonstrate expertise in their businessWillingness to explore data when requirements are uncertain.
