Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Front Office Charles River Development Specialist to support our Global Investment teams in optimising the Charles River Investment Management System (CRD). This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our front office workflows, working closely with internal teams and external partners like State Street. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex problems, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doing: Representing Investments on daily calls to triage and communicate platform issuesMonitoring shared communication channels and responding to front office queriesCollaborating with IT support to resolve Charles River Development workflow issues efficientlyDeveloping tracking methods to ensure timely resolution of issuesReporting outstanding items and change requests to senior stakeholdersEnsuring internal risk processes are followed for platform-related issuesCoordinating with external partners to manage and prioritise Charles River Development changesCommunicating escalation paths and support processes to investment teams
