Year 4 Lead Teacher - Hillingdon - September 2025 Start Location: Hillingdon, West London Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-time until July 2026 | Permanent or Long-term School Type: 3-Form Entry Primary School Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) + TLR for leadership responsibilities A forward-thinking and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an experienced and ambitious Year 4 Lead Teacher to join their team from September 2025. About the School: Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, with ambitions for 'Outstanding' A strong leadership team that fosters a positive and collaborative culture Spacious and well-equipped classrooms, with excellent ICT and outdoor facilities 3-form entry, so planning is shared across year groups to promote work-life balance Role Responsibilities: Lead the Year 4 team, guiding planning, assessment and teaching practices Maintain high standards of curriculum delivery and pupil outcomes Mentor and support colleagues in the year group, including early career teachers Teach a Year 4 class full-time with full class teacher responsibilities Liaise with senior leaders and contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives Take ownership of year group data tracking, moderation and intervention planning Ideal Candidate Will Have: QTS and strong experience in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 or upper KS2 A track record of raising attainment and delivering outstanding teaching Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience leading a subject or phase is desirable A proactive, reflective and team-focused approach to teaching Why Apply Through Tradewind?
