The Role This is a standout opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with around 5-7 years' PQE to join a forward-thinking and growing team with excellent leadership and support. You will work closely with the firm's CEO and a senior construction associate, gaining exposure to high-level strategy and client development. The role includes active involvement in business development initiatives and regular direct client contact. While the caseload will include both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, the focus will be on non-contentious work. You will act for a broad spectrum of clients, including prominent HNW individuals and high-profile retail and lifestyle brands. Ideal candidates will have a solid grounding in non-contentious construction matters within the England & Wales jurisdiction, alongside strong organisational and project management skills. Requirements: England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5-7 years' PQE. Significant experience in non-contentious construction work. Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and high-value clients. Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
