Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in schools, care, or community settings).A calm, patient, and resilient approach—you’re the steady hand when things get tricky.Great communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young people reach their potential.Thrive training is a big plus! All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
