From our facilities based in London and LA we provide digital creative and media intelligence services to our clients that comprise of major film and TV studios, leading independent film distributors, West End and Broadway theatres, cultural institutions, sports, music and fashion companies.THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUWe are looking for an experienced, client-focused Data Analyst with a stronganalytical background and excellent client-facing communication skills. In this role,you will work closely with major film studios to deliver comprehensive data insights thatinform strategic decision-making. While social media data will be a key focus, the idealcandidate will have the ability to integrate and analyse data from multiple sources toprovide a holistic view of performance. This role is perfect for someone who ispassionate about analytics, thrives in a client-centric environment, and has a strongnetwork within the entertainment industry.THE ROLE• Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting with themregularly to understand their business objectives, address queries, and deliverinsights that align with their goals.• Data Integration and Analysis: Collect, process, and analyse data fromvarious sources, with a primary focus on social media data, whileincorporating other relevant datasets to provide a comprehensive view ofperformance.• Strategic Reporting: Develop and deliver advanced performancemeasurement frameworks, custom reporting templates, and datavisualisations that translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.• Client Network Utilisation: Leverage and expand your existing network withinthe entertainment industry to strengthen partnerships and help grow thebusiness.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to prioritisetasks, streamline report delivery, and adapt to the fast-paced demands of theindustry.Requirements5+ years of experience in social media data analytics, preferably with anagency background and a focus on the entertainment industry.• Proven track record of presenting, pitching, and building relationships withclients, ideally within the film or entertainment sector.• Advanced knowledge of social media listening tools (e.g., Quid, Brandwatch,Meltwater) and third-party data integration via APIs.• Expertise in developing KPI measurement frameworks for organic social mediacampaigns.• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and advanced visualizations integratedinto PowerPoint presentations.• Strong ability to interpret social media data, create actionable insights, andalign reporting with client strategies.• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp focus onaccuracy and detail.• Comfortable switching between regular and ad hoc analytics projects,managing tight deadlines.• An interest in movies and the film industry is highly desirable.
