What unites them is a desire to understand people and a passion for delivering outstanding work.About the roleAs our Product Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process across key products and tools that power Canvas8’s global insights platform. Reporting directly to the Strategy Director and working closely with developers and stakeholders, you'll lead design initiatives that deliver measurable user value, drive engagement, and shape the evolution of our digital ecosystem.This is a high-impact role with the autonomy to champion user-centred design and define the visual and functional standards across our suite of tools and platforms.Day-to-day Lead end-to-end design projects, managing scope, timelines, and delivering measurable success Conduct tactical user research and analyse data to inform design decisions and contribute to product strategy Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI while ensuring brand consistency and maintaining scalable design systems Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, scope feasibility, and align design with overall goals Manage development tasks by writing pull requests, managing tickets, and supporting smooth implementation Facilitate workshops and influence cross-team decisions, acting as a key point of contact and proactively sharing business-critical insights Continuously review and improve design processes and workflows, tracking the impact of design changes Serve as a role model by fostering open communication and driving initiatives to elevate team morale and collaboration About youYou're a self-motivated, collaborative, and curious individual who is passionate about creating beautiful and intuitive user experiences. You’ll have experience designing digital products and pages that are visually stunning and easy to use, have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, and be able to translate user needs into compelling design solutions.Driven by a natural problem-solving mindset, you consistently champion the user’s perspective; embracing an iterative design process to continuously improve the user experience. You’ll enjoy collaboration and be comfortable translating technical requirements and user needs into design solutions.Thriving in fast-paced, agile environments, you bring strong communication and collaboration skills to the table.
