Redlibbets is seeking Front Of House staff for their busy golf club. The role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a great customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Providing information and assistance to customers in person,or the phone Fun and outgoing personality Great customer service skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings. Duties include serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables and cashing up and generally following the company procedures Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining clean and organized front-of-house areas. Requirements A passion for excellent customer service A can do approach to work and service Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of and passion for sports and related products/services.
