Data & Exams Assistants - Secondary Schools - Waltham Forest Location: Waltham Forest, East London Full-Time | Term-Time Only + Additional Weeks £100-£115 per day (depending on experience) Looking to use your administrative and data skills in a rewarding school-based role? Secondary schools in Waltham Forest are on the lookout for Data & Exams Assistants to help manage critical exam logistics and student records throughout the academic year. This is a brilliant opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in structured, deadline-driven environments. You'll play a central role in ensuring that both internal and external assessments run smoothly. Role Responsibilities: Supporting the administration of GCSEs, mocks, and internal assessments Assisting with exam timetables, student entries, and room allocations Updating MIS systems and handling secure information Preparing materials and assisting with invigilator coordination Producing reports and maintaining accurate student records We're Looking For: Previous admin or exams experience (school-based ideal but not essential) Strong IT skills, especially Excel and database systems A methodical and reliable approach to tasks Ability to manage pressure during peak exam seasons Why Apply?
