Operations Manager - Adult Social Care (Multi-Site) Location: Home/London Based Salary: £52,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance Travel: Nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays required Are you an experienced leader in adult social care with a passion for driving service excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee multiple care services across a defined region. This is a key leadership role, working closely with Registered Managers and support teams to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong performance across the board.
