Speech and Language Therapist Permanent (Term time only) 3 days per week £41,983 - £49,717 (includes paid school holidays) Mitcham, Surrey Our Private Client are recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist for their specialist School in Surrey on a permanent basis. The School is an independent specialist day SEN school, providing high quality education for boys and girls with autism and ADHD. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning environments. Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people. Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support. Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams. Requirements: Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC. Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
