The ideal candidate will have deep industry experience, a strong sales leadership track record, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams with experience in selling to B2B ad B2C clients in the United Kingdom. This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for revenue, market expansion, and team performance. Job ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Planning & Execution: Conceptualize and develop a Sales Plan & Strategy for the expansion of business opportunities/ Sales leads, along with the CEOFocus and plan detailed Sales Targets and timelines on a month-on-month basis and align the team to these plans with guidance from the CEOWork along with the CEO and clarify the channel for the pursuit of the closure of the Sales leads in alignment with the Sales Plan based on the order of priority New Customer Acquisition and Development:Identify business demands, collaborate with various teams to create projects, and receive training and support on the platformEngage with customers in the pre-sales and sales cycle and develop a course of actionIdentify potential clients and proactively engage with them to promote solutions and servicesConvey the value proposition effectively to potential clientsUnderstand client needs, propose solutions, and negotiate effectivelyClose deals effectively by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordinglyEfficiently manage your time to reach out to a substantial number of potential customers dailyCollaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure alignment and client satisfactionDrive digital adoption of data-driven sales management practicesCoordinate with internal and external teams to work and close Sales deals effectively Monitoring of Sales / Business Operations & Revenue Generation: Be familiar with the company's requirements to be able to offer expert guidance on planning and implementation, or efficiency and success from an existing Sales deploymentMonitor the identification of new leads, cold-call prospects, and conversion of opportunities into salesOversee pricing, negotiations, and high-value contract closuresLeverage your previous Sales experience to drive growthEstablish and monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and forecasting modelsRepresent the company in client meetings, trade expos, and strategic alliancesConduct competitive analysis and provide market intelligence to leadershipTake ownership of achieving periodic sales targetsDevelop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed goalsMonitor progress and adjust strategies as needed, in alignment with the CEO Team Management & Development:Effectively identify and develop excellent self-driven Sales professionals to expand the businessMonitor the performance of Sales team members and guide them and mentor them towards the pursuit of excellence Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the leadership teamCreate an environment that is conducive to promoting Sales by maintaining excellent rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand their pain points and tailor solutions accordingly Work cohesively with the Team and the Management to achieve the desired organizational goals Qualification and ExperienceCandidates who have a Graduate degree in the relevant field and an MBA degree in Marketing & Sales are preferred 13-16 years of relevant strong B2B Sales work experience in the Industrial Waste Water Filtration equipment industry or similar industrial capital goods industries, with leadership experienceStrong network and relationships in sectors like hotels, hospitals, and industrial laundries CompetenciesPlanning & Organizing ability, Problem-solving abilityAnalytical ability Innovative abilityExcellent Interpersonal / Relationship Management SkillsTeam working ability Risk Assessment ability Strong target-oriented and driven Sales Professional Skills and KnowledgeGo-getter Target driven Mentality: Be a Self-driven and tenacious sales leaderThrive in a Competitive environmentBe a proactive and positive thinker & executor Passion for Selling & Sales Skills: Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for Sales solutionsDemonstrate a passion for helping businesses succeed through technologyShowcase your expertise in consultative selling Communication Skills: Excellent Fluent English verbal and written communication skillsArticulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Willingness to Relocate:Be open to living in the UK, where the organizational headquarters are locatedEmbrace the local culture and contribute to our vibrant team Preferred Attributes:Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for executionExperience in scaling new geographies or launching new product linesStrong analytical and decision-making ability Reports to CEO Compensation As per Industry Standards
