ABC Teachers are seeking dedicated Qualified Teachers with a background in SEND support. About you: Adaptable and empathetic educator with a strong understanding of children's additional needs. Skilled in delivering engaging, exciting lessons tailored to individual learning styles. Experienced in supporting students both academically and emotionally. Collaborative team player, working alongside passionate Teaching Assistants to provide consistent support. Familiar with small class environments and students diagnosed with a range of moderate to more complex needs. Committed to creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere where pupils feel safe and encouraged. Focused on helping students achieve their full potential through structured, supportive learning experiences. About the School: This is a community special school for young people aged between 11-19 with autism being their primary diagnosis and an education, health and care plan in place. This school aims to be a safe and inspiring place to learn, where children are respected, their talents and nurtured, allowing them to thrive. Outstanding facilities that cater to varying additional needs of students and equipping them with an environment to flourish. These include: Safe Space rooms, Occupational Therapy Gyms, Horticulture Space, Musical Suite and Forest School. Requirements: Reliable, adaptable teacher with experience delivering engaging lessons.
