The role involves providing strategic advice on high-profile projects and supporting a range of public sector matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, frameworks, and collaboration agreements between public bodies. Depending on experience, you may also advise on procurement, local authority powers, and other public law issues.Additionally, you may be required to oversee the training of junior lawyers and offer technical support to the wider team. This position provides a valuable opportunity to grow your own practice and contribute to the firm’s ongoing development.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors with 2+ years’ PQE with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in handling commercial contracts and managing a varied caseload. The successful candidate will demonstrate commercial awareness, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice under pressure.
