3 months contract with local authorityWe are seeking a Mental Health Social Worker to fulfill responsibilities including completing Care Act Assessments, Reviews, Safe guarding, and care coordination under the CPA Framework. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of 25 clients and be an integral part of a Duty Rota, which may involve screening, triaging, and handling new referrals. This role will also involve active participation in an integrated Mental Health and Wellness Team.Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related fieldRelevant professional certification or licensureProven experience in completing Care Act Assessments and ReviewsStrong understanding of Safe guarding procedures and care coordination under the CPA FrameworkAbility to manage a caseload of 25 clients effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamKnowledge of mental health and wellness practices and resources
