Who are we?London Bridge Rooftop is a 240-capacity outdoor bar across from the Shard with top-notch views of London, cocktails, pints and fantastic food! We love our drinks and like to have fun making them and with a salary of £13ph + service charge (currently around £5ph). The RoleWe are looking for part and full-time Cocktail bartenders to join the London Bridge Rooftop team. This is a "hands-on" role, and you will be responsible for opening & closing the bar, preparing garnishes, and serving drinks consistently to spec. In order to succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of mixed drinks, a level head, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver amazing drinks consistently at a fast pace.
