About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and visionary CTO to lead the technical development of Buildlogic, a new institutional crypto prime brokerage launching in London. You will architect and build a robust, secure, and scalable platform offering execution, custody integration, and future structured products. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape our product and engineering roadmap from inception.Key Responsibilities:Architect and lead the buildout of the core execution platform and custody integrationsOversee API development (FIX/WebSocket), security protocols, and infrastructure decisionsHire and manage a small engineering teamCollaborate with Product, Compliance, and BD teams to align technical delivery with business goalsIdeal Experience:5+ years in fintech or trading systems (TradFi or crypto)Proven leadership of a team or platform from 0 to 1Deep experience with low-latency systems, APIs, and secure infrastructureFamiliarity with Fireblocks, Copper, or MPC custody providers a plusStrong security and compliance mindset
