Adult Social Worker, LD Team, Lewisham SW posts in the Adults with learning disability team 25+, candidate need to have a background in working with adults with LD, ADHD, Autism. Need to have completed ASYE , 2 years post qualifying. Must have good skill set including, strength based assessment, reviews, legal literacy, must have good working knowledge of legislation including Care Act, MCA, CoM DoLS , Safeguarding, mental health act, equality Act. All assessments and Reviews are undertaken face to face.
