URGENT ROLE- REQUIRED START ASAP Proposal Manager Full Time, Permanent Role £80,000- £100,000 PA- DOE Hybrid Role - Kingston Upon Thames The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Proposal Manager to join a world-leading client based out of Kingston Upon Thames. Job Overview: The client is an advanced technological and engineering platform for the design, construction and operation of safe and sustainable complex infrastructure and plants. Some of your duties will include: Develop the Proposal Plan and manage commercial bids to optimise success in contract awarding and maximise commercial results Ensure the proposal is compliant, consistent, and professionally presented Coordinate final reviews and approvals from senior management Organise and hold the bid kick-off meeting and identify project risks (technical, commercial etc) Approve the preliminary project cash flow and define the bid cost structure with the support of the Estimator Define the scope of work of each party involved in the bid and the project schedule Approve the cost estimate of internally performed activities developed by the Estimator and based on the evaluations made by the other departments Supervise the preparation of Cost and Price Closure Reports and manage the post-bid clarification phase with the Client. What do you need to succeed?
