Leader Education are recruiting an Early Years Learning Support Assistant to work in a Smart Multi Academy Trust primary school based in Gateshead. This school caters for EYFS to Key Stage 2 and prides itself on being a welcoming, fulfilling academy that caters for each pupils needs. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with children as well as a genuine passion for education. Their latest Ofsted report was presented as "Good" as they continue to develop innovative approaches to create a stimulating and motivating curriculum for students to succeed. The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm and is a long-term position given a successful trial.
