Job DescriptionAs a Sales Executive at Daisy Communications, you will be responsible for selling either telecommunications, energy or merchant services to small and medium-sized businesses. The exact product focus will depend on your skillset and your strengths. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can confidently handle inbound and outbound sales calls, assess client needs, and close deals effectively. You will be joining a dynamic sales team with the opportunity to progress your career within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Salary: £23,809.50 per annum + commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000) Location: London Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours)Key responsibilities:Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with businesses, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.Develop and nurture relationships with UK based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing. You may be required to move between sales campaigns or sell additional products.Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Work closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to fulfilment.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position products and services.Accurately track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and account information.Resolve queries within industry/department lead timescale.If you are a Manager of staff, you must ensure:Your team are aware of their security responsibilities & know how to access Daisy Group Security Policies hosted on the Intranet;The principles listed with the Daisy Group Security Policy Statement document are embedded within the operations of your team.
