Job DescriptionYou will provide our guests with excellent service: as a friendly voice on the phone, an amicable contact by email or with a welcoming smile at check-in. As part of our Front Office and Reservations team, you will be responsible for:Looking after our guests, including check-in and check-out.Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options.Maintaining Property Management Systems, as well as our electronic bookings systems.Producing and verifying invoices, including managing paymentsCash transactions and cashing up.Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no-shows, answering emails)
