Global Company Secretary We're working with a leading global organisation in search of a Global Entity Portfolio Manager to join its expanding Governance Services division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth team delivering strategic compliance and governance support to some of the world’s most recognised multinationals.Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of international clients, ensuring entity compliance and governance standards are metAct as primary liaison for senior stakeholders, offering regulatory insights and issue resolutionLead and develop a team of governance professionals, driving performance and qualityMonitor budgets and resources across complex, multi-jurisdictional projectsSupport commercial growth through cross-sell opportunities and sales collaboration Key Skills & Experience: Proven track record in international corporate governance and complianceExperience within a professional or managed services environmentStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awarenessConfidence handling client escalations and mentoring junior staffStrong attention to detail and quality assurance Hybrid Working: This role requires three days per week in the London office, with the remainder worked remotely.
