Company Secretarial Senior Manager – London We’re working with a well-established governance services provider looking for an experienced Company Secretarial Senior Manager to lead a portfolio focused on investment banking and financial services clients. This is a senior leadership opportunity ideal for a qualified Company Secretary with strong board-level experience and proven team management capability.Key Responsibilities: Lead governance and corporate secretarial delivery across a regulated client portfolioAct as relationship manager for key clients and oversee contract renewals and negotiationsManage and develop a high-performing team, including performance reviews, mentoring and trainingAttend and minute board and committee meetings, advising on governance best practiceContribute to internal process improvement, knowledge development and business development initiativesSupport planning, resource allocation and delivery of high-quality client service across the team Key Skills & Experience: ICSA/CG-qualified with extensive company secretarial experience in financial servicesStrong leadership and line management experienceConfident working with boards and senior stakeholdersCommercially minded with experience in a professional services modelExcellent communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills Hybrid Working: This role is based in Central London and requires 3 days per week in the office, with flexible home working for the remainder.Interested in hearing more?
