We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Joiner to join a busy maintenance team, delivering responsive repairs, void property works and planned maintenance services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is customer-focused, and can manage their time effectively. Key Responsibilities:Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, including responsive repairs, voids and planned worksWork using your main trade, while also carrying out tasks in other trades where competentPlan and organise your workload to meet service deadlines and prioritiesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and admin teams to report on job progress or issuesLiaise directly with tenants to arrange access and deliver a positive customer experienceMaintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the serviceKeep your allocated vehicle clean, stocked and in good conditionTake responsibility for the safe use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materialsRequirements:Proven experience in your primary trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.)Additional skills in other trades would be an advantageFull UK driving licenceGood communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to work flexibly to meet tenant needsWhat We Offer:Stable, consistent workloadA supportive working environmentBranded workwear and a fully equipped vehicleOpportunities for training and developmentThe pay range for the role is £24.00 per hour LTD company rate.
