About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and collaborative Senior FP&A Manager to shape financial strategy and performance across Civica’s global business. Supporting senior leaders and reporting to the FP&A Director, you will play a central role in strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping to translate data into insights and enable confident decision-making. If you enjoy making sense of complex data, building models that bring clarity, and working closely with stakeholders to understand what drives results, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. In this role, you will: Work closely with senior leaders to understand key financial and operational drivers across Divisional and Functional teams Build and maintain driver-based financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting Lead the monthly forecasting process, including scenario modelling for renewals, upsell, cross-sell and churn Prepare materials for the Board and Executive team on budget, forecast, and business performance Evaluate forecasts and highlight key risks and opportunities through scenario planning and predictive modelling Provide visual dashboards and commentary that clearly communicate business performance and insights RequirementsStrong financial modelling and forecasting skills, including experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, bookings vs billings) Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders to understand and explain business performance Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to visualise and present complex information clearly Experience using planning systems such as Workday Adaptive, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and a curious mindset that seeks to understand and improve BenefitsWhy You'll Love Working with Us As a company, we're passionate about what we do and the citizens we serve.
