About the Firm • Well-established, forward-thinking regional law firm with a strong reputation across the West Midlands • Recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers, with a focus on quality service and career development • People-first culture with excellent staff retention, hybrid working, and progression support Job Role You’ll work closely with a leading Employment Law team, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team, with the flexibility to shape your own development and contribute to business growth.
