This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in students' learning and personal development.Role Overview:As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with class teachers to support the educational and social development of pupils. Whether working one-to-one, with small groups or within the whole class, your support will be key to ensuring pupils reach their full potential.Role Responsibilities: Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and staying engaged in lessonsAssist in planning and delivering targeted interventions or classroom activitiesHelp manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environmentProvide support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive learning experiencesContribute to assessments and maintain accurate records of pupil progress Requirements for TA: Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirableA relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageousStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA nurturing and patient approach with a passion for educationHave an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one) GSL Education Offers: Competitive daily rates based on qualifications and experience.Dedicated consultant support and ongoing guidance.Access to a variety of long-term and short-term roles in education.An ethical and inclusive recruitment approach.
