The Finance & Operations Assistant Role:This is a key support role within our finance and operations function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our financial admin processes and provide essential support to operational areas like timesheet management, contractor renewals, and onboarding.What You’ll Be Doing:
Process purchase invoices and match with POsChase and manage employee and contractor timesheetsMaintain and update staff leave and absences in our project systemAssist with contractor documentation and renewal trackingHelp coordinate background checks for new hires and contractorsSupport the monthly sales invoicing processPost transactions and assist with payment runsPrepare documentation for year-end audits
What You’ll Bring:
Accounting qualification or experience in a finance support roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage confidential data with discretionExcellent written and verbal communication
Bonus points for:
Experience using Project Management SystemsFamiliarity with Sage Intacct
