We’re seeking a confident and experienced Tenancy Specialist to support a leading housing provider. This is a temporary role based in Croydon, focused on complex tenancy management and supporting vulnerable customers. Contract Details:Until September£24–£28 PAYE / £30.53–£35.69 UmbrellaBased in Croydon – may include local travelResponsibilities:Manage and resolve complex tenancy casesProvide advice on succession, abandonment, enforcement and safeguardingSupport customers to maintain and sustain tenanciesLiaise with internal teams and partner agenciesEnsure legal compliance and support enforcement actionsKeep accurate records and provide updates on caseload progressRequirements:Experience in tenancy management within a housing association or councilKnowledge of relevant legislation and proceduresExcellent interpersonal, decision-making and case management skillsAble to handle complex and sensitive issues with professionalism Apply now to support communities and make a real difference in tenancy outcomes.
