You’ll benefit from a flexible working environment, an open culture that encourages development and perks like a bonus scheme, early Friday finishes and regular social events.Title: Accounts & Audit ManagerLocation: Liverpool City CentreRole: Full time, PermanentSalary: Competitive What you'll be doingLead and manage multiple audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied portfolio.Supervise and mentor audit and accounts staff, ensuring high standards and strong technical output.Review working papers, financial statements, and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.Monitor workloads and run regular team update meetings, reporting directly to senior leadership.Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for audit and accounting matters.Monitor audit budgets, reporting variances and communicating audit findings and making recommendations.RequirementsAbout youACA/ACCA qualified with a strong background in audit and accountancy within practice.Proven experience in leading audits and managing teams in a client-facing role.Excellent technical knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS 102, UK GAAP).Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing deadlines and team priorities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.Full UK driving licence for occasional travel as required**Roberts Webb Recruitment is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role**
