Extrusion Operative As part of our continued growth and investment in production capacity, we are looking for motivated and reliable Extrusion Operatives to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established company at the forefront of the UK window manufacturing industry.As an Extrusion Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion lines used in the production of high-quality window profiles. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities: Operate window profile extrusion lines efficiently and safelyPerform regular quality checks to ensure product standards are metAccurately complete production paperwork and maintain recordsPack finished profiles according to specificationsFollow daily production plans and meet output targetsComply with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures What We’re Looking For: A proactive team player who can also work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to use initiative and adapt to changing production needsFlexible and reliable with a positive attitudePrevious experience in extrusion or manufacturing is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided Why Join Us?
