Whether you’re after flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term role, we have opportunities to suit you.What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 classroom support to pupils with SEN or additional needs Build strong, positive relationships to support learning and development Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning activities Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment What You Bring: Experience working with children (in education, care, or similar settings) Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Confidence supporting a range of needs, including behaviour and communication A flexible, proactive mindset A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work with Protocol Education?
