Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Designer to join our diverse, dynamic, collaborative and creative Product Design team. In this role, your primary function will be you will create functional and appealing products, balancing user experience, business goals, and technology through research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, optimisation and trading teams. You will create meaningful, accessible and desirable experiences that delight our users.Design Systems expert: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all productsDesign Execution: Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applicationsUser Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experienceCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibilityIteration: Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team inputInnovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring new ideas and approaches to the tableDocumentation: Create detailed design documentation and specifications to communicate design decisions effectively.
