Working as part of our inclusive, forward-thinking team, your impact will be seen every day in pupils’ progress and confidence.About the Role: As our dedicated on-site Speech and Language Therapist, you will assess pupils’ speech, language, and communication needs and deliver targeted interventions tailored to individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and school-based support strategies. You will collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and families to create a communication-friendly environment where every child can succeed.You will work with a varied caseload, including pupils with speech delays, language disorders, ASD, SEMH needs, and other developmental challenges.
