Duties include providing assistance in classroom management, supporting students with their learning activities, and helping to create a positive learning environment.Required Qualifications: Applicants must have experience as a Teaching Assistant, hold a Functional Skills Level 2 qualification, and possess an Enhanced DBS Certificate.Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive behaviour, strong behavioural skills, patience, adaptability, effective communication, and excellent time management abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in education or related fields would be advantageous.Working Conditions: The HLTA role involves working in a school environment, collaborating with students, teachers, and other staff members.
