This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who thrives in a people-focused role and is confident working both independently and collaboratively.About Us:A professional and supportive teamStrong person-centred care valuesOpportunities for career growthKey Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their own homesSupport and mentor new and existing care staff, including shadowing and on-the-job trainingCarry out spot checks and report on care standardsLiaise with clients, families, and the care coordination team to ensure care plans are followed effectivelyAddress and escalate any concerns or complaints promptlyEnsure proper use of PPE and report supply levelsAssist with rotas and communicate any staffing or scheduling issuesMaintain accurate records and provide regular updates to managementRequirements:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in domiciliary careFull UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practicesGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and use initiativeFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as requiredA calm, supportive, and proactive approach to careIf you are a confident and caring individual ready to take on more responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.
