Job Title: Site Manager – Passive Fire ProtectionLocation: North/East London (with travel across multiple sites)Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 + Company VehicleEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and qualified Site Manager to oversee passive fire protection projects across North and East London. This is a key role within a reputable contractor specialising in fire safety works across residential, healthcare, and public-sector environments. The role will involve travel between sites, so flexibility is essential. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations on multiple live construction sitesSupervise fire-stopping, fire door installation, and compartmentation worksEnsure full compliance with FIRAS standards and all relevant fire safety regulationsConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular H&S inspectionsLiaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignmentMaintain site records, progress reports, and oversee RAMS documentationDeliver work to high standards, on schedule and within budgetRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager in fire protection or constructionIn-depth knowledge of passive fire protection systemsValid SMSTS or SSSTSCSCS card (Gold/Black preferred)Full UK Driving Licence – company vehicle providedFIRAS accreditation (preferred but not essential)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel between project sites as requiredWhat’s on OfferSalary between £37,000 – £40,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicle for work-related travelOngoing training and development opportunitiesLong-term project pipeline across North and East LondonTo apply, please submit your CV and copies of any relevant qualifications.
