Are you a Estimator looking for your next step in Civil Engineering? Day Rate: Competitive, Umbrella PAYE or LTD CompanyContract Length: 1 yearLocation: BrightonVGC are currently supporting our Client who are working on various Water projects along the south of England. Estimator Key Responsibilities: Essential skills; Knowledge and understanding of civil construction (typically earthworks, R.C bases, roads, retaining structures, tanks/chambers, pipework, and ductwork) and associated civils temporary worksQualified in a civil engineering disciplineAbility to manage and prioritise a high volume of work that requires completion within tight timeframes to meet the demands of the contract and the timely completion of multiple concurrent tenders with a fast turnaround in a Framework EnvironmentHigh level of competence using MS Excel Desirable skills; Experience of water and / or utilities sectorExperience of working within a multi-discipline engineering environmentKnowledge and appreciation of sewage treatment processes, water treatment processes and pumping systemsHolding a current relevant CSCS CardProven experience producing bottom-up estimates If you are interested in the role of Estimator please get in touch and we will be in contact shortly.
