Were looking for an experienced Grafana Engineer to support the design, deployment, and optimisation of observability solutions. In this contract role, you'll focus on building robust Grafana dashboards, integrating data sources, and enabling actionable monitoring for mission-critical systems. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver high-quality outcomes with autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement advanced Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, application, and business metrics Integrate multiple data sources (Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, etc.) into Grafana Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to define key metrics and improve observability strategy Optimize dashboard performance and ensure clarity and usability for different stakeholders Contribute to alerting setup and best practices using Grafana Alerting or Alertmanager Support documentation and handover to internal teams at project completion What You Need: Proven experience with Grafana in production environments Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring principles Familiarity with data sources such as Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, or InfluxDB Ability to write performant queries in PromQL, LogQL, and/or Flux Experience with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD platforms Comfortable working independently and delivering on short timelines Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and stakeholder engagement Whats on Offer: Remote contract role with flexible working hours Competitive market rate Opportunity to work on high-impact monitoring initiatives Autonomy to shape observability strategy and tooling Fast-paced environment with responsive technical teams Option to extend or transition to additional projects based on performance If you're a Grafana expert ready to jump into a focused, outcome-driven contract, wed love to hear from you.
