They are looking for a Deputy Manager who shares their values and passion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join their residential team in Peterborough. You'll be a key part of their leadership structure, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered every day. What You'll Be Doing: As a Deputy Manager, you'll lead shifts, support staff development, and help manage the daily operations of the home. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being and progress of the young people we care for. No two days are the same; some will be challenging, but all will be rewarding. We're Looking for Someone Who: Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a children's residential setting Has ideally worked as a Deputy Manager previously Understands Ofsted regulations and safeguarding legislation Is organised, confident with IT systems, and passionate about quality care Can lead with energy, empathy, and integrity Please forward your CV to stephen@diversetalentpartners.com Pension, Healthcare, Bonus
