Spanish and Italian Speaking Customer Service SpecialistLanguages Required:Fluent Spanish (essential), good level of Italian and EnglishLocation:London (Zone 2) – Hybrid role (office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)Salary:£32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefitsCompany Overview:Join a world-leading exporter of some of the most recognised global luxury brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, international and friendly team, providing B2B customer support across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:Place and manage customer product ordersRespond to client queries and find effective resolutionsCommunicate and coordinate with agents, distributors, and B2B clientsHandle and resolve customer complaintsWork with couriers and freight companies to ensure delivery efficiencyOversee export operations in assigned territoriesSupport the Export Sales Team with admin and logisticsCandidate Requirements: Fluent in Spanish with strong Italian and English language skillsPrevious experience in customer service, sales support, or administrationExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to prioritise, manage pressure, and meet deadlinesWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMContact:Lisa Grimes
