Be part of an innovative, growing firm known for redefining urban livingWork in a vibrant Central London locationGain access to continuous professional development, including ARLA trainingEnjoy a competitive OTE with strong commission structureBe involved in a supportive, collaborative team environment What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering new applicants and managing activity records via ReapitConducting property tours and viewingsManaging enquiries and building relationships with applicants and relocation agentsMaintaining up-to-date client and applicant recordsMeeting and exceeding new let targetsNegotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to completionEnsuring compliance with legislation (AML, GDPR, Right to Rent)Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operationsSupporting marketing initiatives and canvassing effortsDelivering excellent customer service to all clients and applicantsParticipating in ARLA training and CPD What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Prior experience in a lettings or estate agency role (essential)Strong local knowledge of Central London (preferred)Customer-focused with excellent communication skillsSmart, professional appearance and demeanourHonest, hard-working, and reliableHighly organised and self-motivatedConfident, focused, and target-drivenStrong work ethic and punctuality What's In It For You?
