360 Recruitment Consultant – Renewable Energy, Deep Tech, or Engineering (US)Location: Billericay (Office-Based)Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + Uncapped CommissionWorking Hours:UK Hours 8.30-5.30pm Monday-FridayOR US Hours: 10am–7pm / 12pm–9pm (choose one)We're scaling fast – and we’re hiring ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our Renewable Energy, Deep Tech, or Engineering (US) teams. What You'll Be Doing:Full 360 recruitment – from business development through to candidate placementBuilding and managing your own desk in either:Renewable EnergyDeep TechEngineering (focused on the US market)Creating long-term partnerships with clients and candidatesWorking in a target-driven, collaborative teamWhat Success Looks Like:Our Renewable Energy team of 4 billed £100k last month aloneIn Engineering (USA), our top consultants have billed £140k and £90k in just 4 monthsThe Deep Tech desk is growing fast and led by an experienced billerWhat We’re Looking For:360 recruitment experience (any sector considered)Driven, ambitious, and hungry to exceed targetsSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environmentWhat You Get:Base salary: £26,000 – £30,000Transparent, uncapped commission structureFull support from experienced leadersOpportunity to work the US market (with proven high billing potential)Office-based in Billericay – join a strong, social, high-performance cultureImmediate interviews * Wisdom Recruitment acting as an employment agency with regard to this vacancy.
