As part of their continued growth, and due to an internal promotion within the Paraplanning team, our client is now looking for a technically strong, Diploma-qualified Paraplanner to join their collaborative and experienced team in West Sussex . You’ll be joining a well-established firm that places a strong emphasis on holistic advice—particularly in later life planning—while working with a diverse and modern client base including professionals, YouTubers, and Influencers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a high-impact role within a highly reputable, independent firm. Responsibilities : Collaborating with a team of four Financial Planners within a "pod" system Preparing and maintaining client files and suitability reports Supporting and implementing advice recommendations across a wide range of financial planning areas Conducting product research and market analysis Assisting with due diligence for the firm’s investment committee Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date Coaching and mentoring junior team members Acting as a technical reference point for advisers What our client is looking for : A few years of Paraplanning experience within an IFA or restricted advice environment Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or close to achieving) Strong technical knowledge, especially in pensions, investments, and later life planning Familiarity with platforms such as Intelligent Office, CashCalc, Genovo, and FE Analytics Someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident conducting independent research Solid understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory standards What they can offer : Hybrid working and flexible start times Join a client-centric firm with a strong reputation in the industry Exposure to a wide and interesting range of clients Collaborative culture with progression opportunities Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications If you're a proactive Paraplanner looking to take your next step within a respected, independent business—apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
