CLASS 2 DRIVERWEEKEND WORKPAY RATE: £15.00 - £17.00 PER HOUR (£30 OVERNIGHT RATE)What's in it for me?People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client for a film and theatre company. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.You will be moving equipment between Aberdeen and Inverness and may involve staying overnight.What are the benefits?As a Class 2 Driver you will receive the following benefits: Excellent Hourly Rates Ongoing Work Weekly Pay Onsite Canteen Training Provided Immediate Starts Employee Well-being Program Day to Day DutiesYour duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to: Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed Essential SkillsAs a Class 2 Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK Category C Licence Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving Category C vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Desirable Experience Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial Training Driver's Assessment will have to be completedAfter successful Assessment, there will be a one day paid induction Contact This client values its workers and provides an excellent work environment.
