Head of New Business – Tech-led Experiential Agency – London (Hybrid) Are you a Head of New Business looking for an exciting new opportunity?DNA Recruit is working with a Pioneering Technology-Led Experiential Agency that’s redefining brand activations and live experiences to find them an awesome Head of New Business. From immersive retail installations to global tours and high-impact fan zones, this agency brings together creativity and cutting-edge tech to deliver moments that truly matter.As part of an international group with offices across the UK, US, Europe and South Africa, their London-based live team is now looking for a commercially minded Head of New Business to drive ambitious growth and help take their offering directly to major brands.About the RoleTake full ownership of new business growth, targeting £1m+ in your first yearTurn opportunities into briefs, and briefs into six- or seven-figure dealsIdentify, pursue and convert brand- and agency-side opportunitiesLead pitch development, shape commercial strategies and remain hands-on through deliveryCollaborate with a ten-person creative team and wider sales function across the groupBuild and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring seamless project deliveryInspire bold thinking and challenge the norm across both business and creative teamsSkills and Experience Required10–15 years' experience in experiential, brand marketing or technology-driven environmentsA strong track record leading £100k+ campaigns, activations or installationsCommercially astute, target-driven and confident negotiating at senior levelA compelling storyteller and dynamic presenter, full of creative energyExperience designing multi-touchpoint user journeys (digital, on-site, app-based, etc.)Comfortable working from the Central London HQ at least 3 days per weekWilling to roll up your sleeves—whether on pitch decks, calls or live projectsSalary, Location & ReferenceBase Salary: £70,000 per annumCommission: 2% on existing accounts, 6% on new business (calculated monthly on profit post-client payment)Location: Central London, 3-days per week in office (Hybrid working)Job Reference: AW 11755 All applications are viewed and evaluated according to the role requirements.
