This role offers a chance to manage a varied caseload and provide exceptional service to clients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Open, manage, and close residential conveyancing case files using case management software. Ensure compliance with SRA, SQM, CQS, and Lexcel standards. Progress cases from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely billing. Handle property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed at all stages. Supervise junior staff and provide guidance where needed. Meet fee income and chargeable hours targets. Maintain compliance with SRA regulations and firm policies. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in residential conveyancing and handling a variety of property transactions. Knowledge of property law, SRA, CQS, and SQM standards. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office. Strong client care and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and compliance with ethical standards. Relevant legal qualifications and experience.
