Vehicle Technician - Franchised Car Dealership, GuildfordSalary: £34,000 - £40,000 basic + BonusesHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends)Bonus Structure: Paid on hourly rate, starting at 70% efficiencyOptional Overtime: Saturdays available at time and a half (No expectation to work weekends)Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays (increases over time)We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join our franchised car dealership team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced technician who wants a Monday to Friday role with no weekend commitments, an excellent salary package, and the chance to develop within a forward-thinking dealership.Key Responsibilities:Diagnostics & Triage: Identify issues efficiently and determine whether to fix the vehicle yourself or delegate the repair, ensuring sign-off. Training will be provided for this depending on your current skill level.
